With an abundance of beautiful scenery, meadows and mountains in and around the city of Edinburgh, there is always something to see and somewhere to go so why run indoors? Our coaches will never take you to the same place twice, keeping the route and session varied and interesting! Sessions range from long steady runs up by Edinburgh Castle or Holyrood, hill runs by Arthur's Seat or the Blackford Hills and fast paced runs through the Meadows of Inverleith Park! Beginners to advanced all catered for so don't be shy, we all have to start somewhere!
Personal Training
Everything and anything, designed just for you. With our personal training sessions you are sure to achieve your results fast! If you are just starting out and have a low level of fitness, a previous injury or find that typical classes just don’t cut it then get in touch. Everything will be customized to meet your needs with one of our PT trainers guiding and motivating you along your journey. Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint so start off slow and do it right, with us.
30min Corporate Workout
Too many of us work long hours inside an office and do not exercise. A little bit of exercise everyday and a diet which is not completely full of junk food will work wonders. We offer a 30min session for those who can pull themselves away from the desk before work, at lunch time or after work. Everything is covered from your cardiovascular system to weight loss/toning.
